I spent years
understanding people.
Five years across accounting, data management, and operational support — where attention to detail and process thinking became second nature.
Then I started
understanding products.
Started in customer support for Shopify merchants — chat, email, troubleshooting. First-hand exposure to how software actually fails and how people actually use it.
Shopcircle Apps.
Every ticket taught me.
Three-plus years supporting merchants across time zones. Every confused user, every edge case — the unglamorous training ground for everything that came after.
Every bug report
taught me something.
Wrote the escalation reports engineers actually wanted to read. Learned to think in reproduction steps, root causes, and fixes — the language of building, not just reporting.
Then I started
building it.
Started fixing what I could see. HTML, CSS, JavaScript — taught through curiosity, sharpened through real escalations, shipped through repetition.
Then building
got playful.
Took frontend skills somewhere fun. Built game logic, animation, and interaction systems from scratch — for curiosity first, then for real users.
